| July 14, 2008, 09:32:55 PM Does anyone know? This looks like my Uncle James Hamilton. He was from Spencer, SD. He had been home after discharge for just a few days. I was so glad to see him. So glad that he had survived. I felt so lucky to have him back. He left to go back to Fort Knox. He was in a train/car crash on his way back there. He died on March 21,1969. I was 17 at the time. To this day I still miss him. He was one of my very favorite people. I have recently been looking for info about his service in the 11th ACR Black Horse division. Any information or pictures would be really appreciated. val.jones@rcn.com |
